Bowling-101 curriculum Download

The Bowling-101 curriculum is progressive, easy to teach and easy to learn. It is based on the P.E. instructer Bob Rea's Port-A-Bowl lessons. This revised version includes age specific tips and ideas for all abilities and grade levels. This curriculum is being used in hundreds of gymnasiums throughout Michigan.   Once the basics are mastered, teachers can start the fun and fitness games with their students. Games like cardio bowling, speed bowling, and jump-rope bowling keep the students on their feet and involved in the action. Other skills are being mastered at the same time. Five students on a lane promotes team work, score-keeping helps students sharpen math skills, and hand-eye coordination is constantly improving.

the bowling equipment and lessons! I'm quite pleased with the equipment and the

 curriculum materials! The kids had a great time, and I even used bowling as one

 of my field day events for 4th - 5th grade!  I look forward to the Bowling-101
